WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 21, 2015-- United Online, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNTD) announced today that it will release financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2015 after the close of market on August 4, 2015.

Francis Lobo, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Edward Zinser, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to discuss the results as well as the Company's future outlook for the third quarter and full year of 2015 at 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET) on Tuesday, August 4, 2015.
